Welcome to The Pulse Lab. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase and use of our online Pilates courses and related materials (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our courses.
Intellectual Property and Course Access
All content provided within The Pulse Lab, including but not limited to videos, instructional materials, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of The Pulse Lab and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
•Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the online Pilates courses solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
•You may not download, copy, share, distribute, resell, or publicly display any of our course materials without our prior written consent. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without a refund
Purchases and Payments
By purchasing a course through The Pulse Lab, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our online courses, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the materials has been granted.
Medical Disclaimer (Assumption of Risk)
The Pilates courses and information provided by The Pulse Lab are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

•No Liability: The Pulse Lab and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of using our courses or following the instructions provided in our videos.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Pulse Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
