About Us

This all started with

something pretty simple:

I wanted movement to feel good.

Not intimidating. Not about keeping up. I

wanted a space where you could show up

as you are and just move.

That's The Pulse Lab.

A little bit about me

I'm a Pilates instructor with a background in professional dance. I started dancing when I was two, trained professionally, and eventually found my way to Pilates, first as a student, then as an instructor.

I've been teaching movement for over three years. My classes blend strength, flexibility, endurance, and range of motion into sessions that are challenging but never overwhelming.

I'm based in Toronto, and The Pulse Lab grew out of my online community. I wanted to give you something you could actually build on, not just one workout, but a structured practice with a real beginning, middle, and end.

My approach to movement

A lot of people have had fitness experiences that didn't feel good. Too fast, no modifications,

programs that made them feel like they were failing. That's the opposite of what I do. My teaching

style is calm, supportive, and intentional.

I always give you options. You set the pace... always

How I built the 10-day

foundations program

I didn't want to create a random collection

of workouts. I wanted something that

actually teaches you how to move.

Each session in the program builds on the

one before it, from breathing and alignment

basics all the way to layered flows by Day 10.

There's always a modification. Equipment is

never required. And the whole point isn't how

you look. It's how you feel.

There's no perfect way to do this. Just showing up? That's already enough.
